I started my insurance career in 2002 as a Customer Service representative for Club Agency. I obtained my P&C license in 2003 where I was then promoted to Sales. I left Club Agency to work for Aspen Insurance in 2006-2007 in the sales department. After a year of sales, I wanted to pursue more as I wanted to get into the IT field. I joined Millennium Alliance Group March 2007 where I started out as a Personal Lines Account Executive. I became the IT assistant in 2009 where I reported to the IT Manager at that time assisting with Hardware Issues, as well as answering and assisting with technical questions the employees had on the floor. I received my Computer Science degree in June of 2009, Bachelors in Business and Information Systems in August of 2011, and my MBA in July of 2013 through the University of Phoenix. I was then given the title of IT Coordinator in 2016 as well as the Chief Information Security Officer for the agency March of 2017 along with becoming the Secretary for the Applied Tri-State User group. In November of 2017 I was promoted to Manager of Information Systems while still keeping my Chief Information Security Officer.
I enjoy what I do as I a have always been interested in working in IT and helping others.
