I've been in the Indepdent Insurance Agency industry since 1980 (fresh out of kindergarten lol:) 25 years with an independent agency and 2008 joined Allegiance Insurance Services, Inc./Agent Support Network of America. I'm licensed in PC&LH, attended Travelers Commercial Lines School in Hartford CT, focus has been primarily Commercial Lines as I started at Allegiance as Commercial Lines Manager and now I've transitioned to Director IS Training. I train all of our Affiliate Agencies on the EPIC system throughout the Country in over 8 States currently via webex and Live classroom training on workflows and procedures. I love traveling, spending time entertaining family and friends and have a passion for cooking!
