Over 20 years ago I started in the insurance industry by joining our family business - Nottingham Agency - in Hamilton, NJ. Starting as an Account Manager, I learned the business quickly, obtaining additional knowledge through classes to obtain my ACSR and CIC designations. Over the years I have managed the Commercial Lines department and now help run two offices as the VP of Operations. By participating in several Users Groups through the Applied Community, I have found resources to best utilize our agency management system and to grow in my knowledge of various Applied products. Staying connected through these programs has enabled me to help our office staff gain tremendous knowledge and to better my knowledge of the many new programs and products we come across in the insurance world.
