Kathryn Lerch is Director of Operations at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers in Gainesville, Florida. She has been with the agency since 2013, when she started as a Personal Lines Account Manager. Kathryn has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and has worked on the carrier-side, and with both personal and commercial lines on the agency-side. She has worked with Applied products for over 10 years, and got involved with the Applied Client Network as a Florida Chapter Board Member in 2016. She currently serves as Secretary, helping to plan quarterly chapter meetings and develop ways to reach more potential members. Her areas of expertise include TAM, Applied Rater, and Epic, and she has managed three Epic conversions at her agency. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, reading, listening to audio books and podcasts, working out, and cooking.
