Kelly started in the insurance industry in 1989, joining Vaaler Insurance in the Commercial Lines department in 1990 as a licensed CSR. She moved over to Accounting/IT in 1991 as their network administrator/trainer. Kelly was with the agency when they converted from Delphi to TAM in 1994 and coordinated the conversion from TAM to Epic in 2016. Kelly left the insurance industry for a period of time from Oct 2008 to Dec 2014 and went into the banking industry. She was fortunate enough to get back to Vaaler Insurance in January of 2015 as the liaison between IT and the end users. Her current position is Operations Project Manager and works on almost everything Epic related.
