I have been in IT since 1984 and have been working in insurance since 2001.My job in the insurance industry has been related to IT and managing operations related to implementing the agency management systems (TAM and then EPIC) and other technologies. I create the training, processes and procedures for use of all technologies in the agency. I provide support for all of our users in 6 locations.
