I have been working in the insurance industry since 1990 and am a licensed insurance broker. I have been using EPIC since 2011 and have presented at the Applied Net Conference for over 7 years. I co-founded and am the current President of the Applied Net EPIC Users Group and I serve on the Education, Content, and EPIC IMPACT Committees. I have played an integral part in planning tracks and sessions for the Applied Net Conference for the past several years. My expertise is in workflow management, MyEpic workflow creation, agency management systems conversion and implementation, and cleaning data in your EPIC Database. I am very knowledgeable in the setup and use of EPIC Quotes and MyEpic. I was the first-ever recipient of the Bill McNulty Chapter Volunteer of the Year Award. During my tenure as President of the Tri-State Epic Users Group, our chapter has won Chapter of the Year as well as 5 Circle of Excellence Gold Awards. I am also a past recipient of the Committee and Chapter Volunteer of the Year Awards.
