I started my insurance career in 1991 and have worked in various roles including licensing coordinator, operations coordinator and account manager. I have been with the Medical Society of Virginia Insurance Agency for 30 years and hold a P&C and L&H licenses. My current responsibilities include writing and maintaining procedure and workflow manuals, training, audits and overall general quality assurance of Epic information. I am a Master Presenter for Applied Client Network and earned my SILA-A and AAI designations.
