Bio

I was initially hired as an Assistant Account Manager for our Commercial Lines department.  After getting licensed around 8 months in I was promoted to an Account Manager.  Shortly after,  I became the supervisor of our newly created Commercial Lines Support department.  While in that role, I focused on identifying inefficiencies and proposing alternate processes for tasks that directly affected our servicing staff.  I learned TAM reporting and some other configurations but focused more on operations than I did on systems. 

During our agency's conversion from TAM to Epic in May 2015, I ended up becoming more involved in the system side of things and played a pretty integral role in the process of data cleanup, configuration and decision making as it related to Epic.  During this process I was able to learn the system inside and out which triggered an agency need:  Core Systems Manager.  Three years later (June 2018) I was the lead 'consultant' for the project to convert our Benefits into Epic (from Zywave's BrokerageBuilder platform) and now have more Benefits knowledge than I ever desired! 

Since migrating all of our departments into Epic, we've focused on other programs and software to enhance our agency including Indio and Salesforce and my role has been more focused on the evaluation, implementation, and support of these new applications which led me to my current role as Application Manager.
